Quiet hotel, the staff were all great and amicable and the location was magnificent to crossing bridge. I loved the room with great view, the bed was comfortable. I had multi-channel television, a dining area and a sitting area in the room. Location: the property was not far from the train station and lots of cafes/restaurants, the river and the bus station, and the shop. The lunch in Restaurant Fortaleza minutes from the hotel had every choice imaginable.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making us feel comfortable right away. The location was ideal, with the bus stop to Machu Picchu just outside the hotel, making our trip to the iconic site so convenient. The breakfast on the 6th floor provided a delightful start to our day with stunning views of the town. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with printing our tickets and providing recommendations for restaurants and massage places. We appreciated the complimentary hot water and coco tea leaves, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Despite being located downtown, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. we highly recommend this hotel for its central location, great amenities, and exceptional service.

Great location, facing main road with restaurants and shops. Spacious rooms with river view and soothing white noise. Helpful staff, picked us up and provided packed lunch for Machu Picchu visit. Excellent hospitality, close to bus and train stations.

For us it was ideal.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Machu Picchu called Hs Tierra In. The location was amazing, just a few minutes from the train station. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure I didn't get lost. The bus pick-up for Machu Picchu was right on the same road as the hotel, less than 100m away. It was so convenient that I actually joined the line at my hotel! Everything I needed, including cafes and stores, was right at my doorstep. My double room was spacious with a cute bathroom, and the hot water was available in the morning and evening. What I loved most about the room was the floor-to-ceiling windows and the armchair, which provided a great view of the lively surroundings. The staff also kindly stored my luggage when I went to visit Machu Picchu. a top-notch experience with a local and friendly touch.
